Lab Policies

1. Terms: net 30 days.

2. Shells are guaranteed for one year.

3. Credits/refunds: If the lab is at fault, a full refund (or redo at no charge) will be made.

4. Please fill out forms completely.  We would appreciate a default prescription.  This helps to provide a quick turnaround.

5. Casts are stored digitally. On occasion, plaster may be utilized, and is not stored.
